My package (5 boxes of Chili Seasoning) arrived on time as promised, in perfect condition. I gave the boxes to our Houston friends here in Missouri, and they were so excited. Just in time for Fall! Great to have a connection to HEB.

I live in Oregon but am always looking for goodies you can only get in Texas. I was skeptical about how the items would arrive since I also ordered fresh tortillas. To my surprise, everything was carefully packaged, even the glass jar of jalapeño jelly. Shipping was extremely quick as well. I’m a happy customer and will most definitely be ordering a bunch in the future! Thank y’all for bringing this southern girl (who now lives in the Pacific Northwest) some hometown goodies!

For all of you who love products that are only available at HEB or Buc-ees, this service is a godsend. Our sweet kitty became addicted to HEB brand treats, and Howdy Howdy USA was able to fulfill my request and have the treats to me by the next day. I will absolutely continue to use this service for all of the items on my Texas wish list. Thanks so much!

Amazing customer service! They communicated quickly and were thorough in ensuring I received the correct item. Quick shipping toi!

Everything came packed to not get broken and it was here in a few days z. Prompt, precise, and perfect.

We love HEB coffee & can now have access to it through Howdy Howdy USA! Thank you Jen & Leslie!

I received everything on time and in great condition. Delivery was awesome. Packaging was awesome… Thank you again.

Products shipped within hours of placing my order, and arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Will order again!

Received the best service. Highly recommend

We placed an order and within a business day it had been shipped. Everything arrived in a quick manner. Order was exactly as we expected. Fresh products in excellent condition. This is our second order from your company. We are very pleased to be able to get some products from Buc-res shipped right to our door. We will be ordering again soon!!

Fulfilled my order very quickly and arrived in perfect condition and very timely. Will be using them again. Moved from Texas and missed a lot of the great HEB products and was overjoyed I could still receive them thanks to this service.

We’ve been out of Texas for a few months ago and were missing some of our HEB favorites. We had a great experience with getting some of those items shipped several states over (including fresh tortillas)! We will absolutely use the service again.

I’m unfortunately not able to live in Texas due to my job so I’m constantly missing Texas things! I’m so glad I found this website and I will definitely come back once I run low on my HEB coffee 🙂

Communication was the best and once they completed my order I received everything so fast! I’ve been telling everyone at work about this website so hopefully y’all will get more customers! Thank y’all again!!

I can’t believe you were able to get 3 dozen glass bottles to Oklahoma in perfect shape!!!

Everything arrived in perfect condition thanks to their excellent packing job – also great communication and very fast shipping, even with the holiday weekend! Will definitely be coming back once I’ve managed to make my way through the initial round of treats! I love getting to support a small business to boot 🙂

5 stars! Amazing communication, fast shipping, super detailed, and lovely people! There was so much back and forth because I was shopping around for the best price but they were always prompt and a pleasure to order from.

Everything arrived on time and intact.

I sent an email asking for a substitution on a box. They responded quickly and agreed to the request. Shipped my box that day, and they even included the shopping bag! My box arrived and everything was packed very nicely. Will definitely order again!

Thanks so much for providing the best Texas has to offer! My mother lives in Wisconsin and she was just thrilled to receive her Texas box.

Had to change an address to a recent box I ordered, and they responded really fast with no issues. My gf loved the quality!

As a fellow small business owner, I am proud to purchase these high-quality Texas boxes from this brand. Fast shipment and easy to contact, yes, but I know my money isn’t going to a corporate big company. 5 stars

Bought this as a gift for a family I was traveling to visit in NY, wanted to give them a taste of Texas. They loved it!

This was a fantastic Texan care package that my friend was absolutely delighted to receive. When I explained the gift was for a birthday just after the holiday weekend, the seller helpfully posted it immediately to ensure it would arrive on time.

(From Etsy) I greatly appreciated the awesome customer service! Thank you

I sent as a gift but never heard if recipient received it or if they liked it. From my end the customer service was top notch! They let me know I forgot to put my name on the card, and a very quick response to the name spelling correction. Very satisfied…but hoping my friend liked the care package.

Great good snacks fast shipping!

The box was a birthday gift to my mom, a native Texan, and she loved it! Lots of little goodies that gave her nostalgia. I’d definitely think about getting her another one in the future.
