TThe HOWDY HOWDY USA website and all its services are provided by Howdy Howdy USA, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “HOWDY HOWDY USA”, “we” “us” or “our”. Access to the Website, use of the Services, and purchase of the Products is subject to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy available on the Website. Subscription Delivery; Delivery Policy

As a subscribed HOWDY HOWDY USA member, each month you will receive a package with various products (the “Products”). Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products may change. The subscription terms are as described in these Terms of Service and the subscription and checkout pages of the Website. Note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a paid subscription are deemed part of this Agreement.

Automatic Renewal; Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you are a subscribed member of HOWDY HOWDY USA,, you acknowledge and consent to being charged a recurring payment and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to the cancellation of your membership. Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription period originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional rate. You may cancel your ongoing membership by emailing your request to cancel, to info@HowdyHowdyUSA.com. The day of the month that you start your ongoing membership is your anniversary date. Each subscription automatically renews on the anniversary date of the month following or subscription period. You must cancel  by emailing your request to cancel, to info@HowdyHowdyUSA.com, at least seven (7) days prior to the anniversary date of the month following, or subscription period, to cancel the subscription renewal. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS PRIOR TO THE ANNIVERSARY DATE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR RENEWING THE SUBSCRIPTION. All cancellation requests received after the anniversary date will apply to the following subscription period. No prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period will be given. We may terminate your membership, without notice, for any reason, whatsoever.

Billing and Payments

All information that you provide to HOWDY HOWDY USA, including your credit card information, is subject to the Privacy Policy. If you have a subscription, your credit card will automatically be charged by a third party payment service each month for your ongoing subscription. For all other purchases, your credit card will be charged by a third party payment service who will transfer and deliver the funds to us at the time of purchase. For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date and you do not edit your credit card information or cancel your membership, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your subscription. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your issuing bank or credit card provider may charge you. If your payment to us is returned for any reason, you authorize us to continue billing your credit card on file and seek payment by another method until payment is received. We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant HOWDY HOWDY USA the right to store and process your information with the third party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that HOWDY HOWDY USA will not be responsible for any failures of the third party payment service to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third party payment service provider’s terms of service. You acknowledge that we may change the third party payment service and move your information to other service providers.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

The Products purchased from this Website will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss or damage for such Products will pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier by HOWDY HOWDY USA or its Affiliates. Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your purchase. Shipping dates and/or arrival times given are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify HOWDY HOWDY USA within 30 days of the date of delivery if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged. Replacement of Products and credits to your account for shipped Products claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. Damaged items must be reported and include a photo in the ticket submission. We may adjust your account or provide replacement for list/damage claims at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered Products may result in the cancellation of your membership.

International Shipping

HOWDY HOWDY USA is not responsible for any duty or import fees on items we ship outsisde of the continental United States and any fees shall be a responsibility of the Subscriber.  HOWDY HOWDY USA is not responsible for, nor liable for, any shipments containing items banned in the Subscriber’s country.  It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to notify HOWDY HOWDY USA via info @ howdyhowdyUSA.com of any banned items for Subscriber’s country.

Returns and Exchanges

If the Products are defective, you may return the defective Products and we may send you a new item or credit your account. Upon approval of a return and when returning Products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the Products are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the Website. All refunds are subject to our shipping, return and exchange policies stated on our FAQ page, if any. Please note credits resulting from the monthly charge are only available up to 30 days past the date of the charge. Refunds are at the sole discretion of HOWDY HOWDY USA.
